Torah for Tots—Ages 5 and Younger with Parent
Shabbat Mornings, 11:00–11:45 a.m.
This service introduces our youngest children to the joys of Shabbat. The program, which combines singing, storytelling, and movement, is a great way for families to find a hevrah (a friendly community) at B’nai Israel.
Junior Congregation—Ages 6-12
Shabbat Mornings, 10:30–11:45 a.m.
This service, largely led by the children themselves, includes a short Torah discussion, game, or parasha play. Children from the Talmud Torah and the day schools are encouraged to read Torah and lead prayers together.
This special service is led by and for teens. Join us for creative, interactive services, discussions, and unique parasha presentations designed around special themes. Want to lead a teen minyan? Contact Samantha Berenson.
Shabbatot by Grade
During the course of the year we honor our students at special grade-level Shabbatot. Click here for the Shabbatot by Grade schedule for 2016-2017.
