Join us for an engaging and interactive discussion about some of the main issues surrounding the Supreme Court, including how the recent nomination battles have affected the Court as an institution, what to make of the Court’s recent decisions regarding gerrymandering and the census, how the Court approaches religion cases, and what is likely to make the front page in the upcoming Supreme Court term.

IAN GERSHENGORN is chair of the Appellate and Supreme Court Practice at Jenner & Block and is one of the Nation’s premier Supreme Court and appellate advocates. He served in the Office of the Solicitor General at the US Department of Justice. While there, Ian argued 13 cases at the US Supreme Court. Ian is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
