Join us as we celebrate our congregation’s commitment to inclusion. Ms. Levine will deliver remarks during our Shabbat morning service entitled, “Active Minds: Changing the Conversation About Mental Health.” Changing the conversation about mental health starts with learning how to openly talk about it. Words matter when building a mental health culture that is inclusive, responsive, and respectful. Join Active Minds in learning how to best support our families and communities around this critically important topic with the goal of encouraging people to seek the support that they need, as soon as they need it.
Lunch & Learn Workshop with Carin Levine
Join Ms. Levine for an interactive discussion about the pressing issues around mental health, current trends, and tangible skills for how we can change the conversation among our families, communities, and culture-at-large. Mental health is everyone’s business and each of us has the opportunity to play a role changing the conversation and promoting a culture that is supportive of mental wellness.
Active Minds is dedicated to raising mental health awareness among college students.
