Relax. Explore. Connect. On Rosh Hashanah, Rabbi Safra spoke about finding ways to make prayer more personally meaningful. Explore the core elements of the traditional liturgy through movement and mindfulness. We will consider strategies for finding personal fulfillment through prayer. Movement activities will be physically easy and relaxing; dress is “Shabbat casual.”

Vicki Berman is a Certified Movement Analyst, trained in a comprehensive study of human movement. She is proud of her long affiliation with B’nai Israel, and excited to work with Rabbi Safra in applying her extensive knowledge of movement to the rhythms and themes of the traditional service.
