Relax. Explore. Connect. On Rosh Hashanah, Rabbi Safra spoke about finding ways to make prayer more personally meaningful. Explore the core elements of the traditional liturgy through movement and mindfulness. We will consider strategies for finding personal fulfillment through prayer. Movement activities will be physically easy and relaxing; dress is “Shabbat casual.”
