Join teens (current 8th-12th grade teens ) from Congregation Beth El, B’nai Israel Congregation, Congregation B’nai Tzedek, Congregation Har Shalom, and Tikvat Israel Congregation for a Jewish Southeast Civil Rights Journey from June 16–19, 2019.

The trip will include visits to sites in Atlanta, GA, Montgomery, AL, Birmingham, AL, and Selma, AL, including the Leo Frank site, Rosa Parks Museum, Southern Poverty Law Center, Freedom Riders exhibit, the Edmund Pettus Bridge, Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, Freedom Park, Names Project, The King Center, and the National Human and Civil Rights Museum.

The total cost per student for the trip is $1,400. Thanks to the generosity of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, a $150 grant will be awarded to each student making the total cost for the trip $1,250 per student.

Monday, March 11: Remaining $900 due
