ShMA (Shabbat Morning Alternative) Sessions
Join us as we introduce new and exciting sessions on Shabbat mornings, which will run parallel to our traditional prayer services.


Jewish Yoga with Jeremy Jacobsohn
Saturday, June 22 and Saturday, July 20
10:00 AM–11:00 AM
Jeremy Jacobsohn, certified Yoga instructor and member of B‘nai Israel, leads Jewish-inspired yoga. This yoga practice blends gentle flow movements, centering meditation, and breath work with spiritual guidance from Mussar and other Jewish texts. Space is limited. Click here to register.

Shabbat Morning Torah Study
9:00–10:00 a.m.
Start Shabbat morning with an engaging discussion of the weekly Torah portion. In addition to the clergy and professional staff, lay leaders will have the opportunity to lead discussions. The discussion ends in time to hear the Torah reading in the Dweck Sanctuary service.
