Virtual Cooking for Rosh Hashanah with Paula Shoyer

7:00 PM - 8:00 PMZoomKnown as “The Kosher Baker,” Paula Shoyer is a French-trained pastry chef and the author of four cookbooks, with one more on the way.
Paula will demonstrate how to prepare an innovative holiday menu of whole chicken with dried fruit, tzimmis puree, and honey cake biscotti.
Paula Shoyer is the author of multiple cookbooks including Healthy Jewish Kitchen and The Kosher Baker: 160 Dairy-free Desserts from Traditional to Trendy (Brandeis 2010). Paula’s recipes have been featured in newspapers, magazines, websites, blogs and on radio and TV shows all over the United States, Canada, Israel and even Asia. Paula is a French-trained pastry chef who teaches
cooking and baking classes all around the world. She does demonstrations as fundraisers for synagogues from Reform to Orthodox, Jewish Community Centers and organizations.
