Soupergirl is cooking a special, healthy, parve, delicious, kosher for Passover (under the Star-K) menu. For every order placed by a B’nai Israel community member, Soupergirl will make a donation to the synagogue. Be sure to choose “B’nai Israel - Rockville” in the drop down menu on the form.

Soupergirl is a Washington, DC based soup and salad company with a mission to change the world, one bowl of soup at a time. Soupergirl’s soups are a fusion of modern flavors and old-fashioned cooking techniques that highlight seasonal, fresh ingredients. Founded in 2008 by a mother-daughter duo, the company cooks small batch, hand-crafted, all natural, plant-based, healthy, delicious, certified kosher foods. Our products are low in sodium, fat & added sugar, and high in protein & fiber. Soupergirl sources much of the seasonal produce from local farmers that follow responsible and sustainable farming methods.

The company mission has proven to be a great success, lead by two women who have built a strong business, trusted by their community. What started as a delivery-only company has expanded into two DC-based retail locations, a robust wholesale business and a direct-ship to consumer program. Soupergirl has received a great deal of press, including features in O Magazine, Food and Wine, the Washington Post, The Hill, the Washington City Paper, and more. Most recently, the duo received national exposure in the fall of 2018 on ABC’s Shark Tank. They were also featured on NBC’s Today Show in January of 2019 and on CBS’ The Dish in July of 2019.
