Virtual Enrichment
WINTER 2021
Classes will begin Monday, January 4, and end on March 19, 2021.
Registration will open on Friday, December 4, and will end on Friday, December 18. The daily cost of each class is $15.00, with the total cost varying based on the number of classes per week. There may be an additional materials charge for supplies as needed.
There is an availability for multiple class registrations, as long as your child is within the age range.
Creating Art with Recycled Materials (Ages 3-4)
Teacher: Hava Shirazi Anderson
Mondays, 2:00–2:30 PM
Fee: $135
In this class your children will create art using recycled materials as well as crafting items based on stories that we read and songs that we sing. They will create habitats, self-portraits, puppets, rain sticks, paintings and more! By applying imagination and design principles, we will create pieces of artwork and understand how trash can be reused to make a better world. We will also learn about famous artists such as Picasso and Matisse.
Families will be asked to supply recycled materials such as boxes, toilet paper/ paper towel rolls, tissue boxes, water bottles, and art supplies such as markers, glue, scissors, beads, paint, wood pieces, feathers, pipe cleaners, foam pieces, etc. A more defined list will be provided once you register.

Celebrating Jewish Holidays and Traditions (Ages 3-4)
Teacher: Suzanne Schonfeld
Mondays, 1:30–2:00 PM
Fee: $135
Continue your child’s life long Jewish learning experiences in a fun and meaningful way! Learn about, observe, and explore Jewish holidays and their rituals through stories, songs, art and cooking projects.
Materials Fee: $15.00 - Each child will be able to pick up a bag of supplies that will be used for the crafts.

Building Creatively (Ages 3-4)
Teacher: Hava Shirazi Anderson
Thursdays, 2:30–3:00 PM
Fee: $165
In this class your children will build structures with different materials based on songs and stories that we read and sing in class. We will create different building challenges daily that the children will complete using math and science skills as well as creativity!
Families will be asked to provide materials, such as Legos, loose parts, Magnatiles, wood pieces, and blocks.

Silly Shabbat (Ages 2–3)
Teachers: Jaye Greenfest and Jill Needleman
Fridays, 10:00–10:30 AM
Fee: $165
Join in each Friday as we celebrate Shabbat in all different silly ways. Listen to Shabbat stories, sing songs, engage in the weekly blessings, and create Shabbat art. You won’t want to miss out on this fun and opportunity to develop many age appropriate motor and social skills
Materials Fee: $15.00 - Each child will be able to pick up a bag of supplies that will be used for the crafts.
Shabbat set can be real or pretend to use for the blessings. Snack/challah can be eaten after we have said the blessing over the challah.
