Lifecycle
Lifecycle
B’nai Israel supports its members through the entire range of lifecycle events. From birth to grave, we aim to welcome, celebrate, and guide individuals and families through the most important events of their lives. Our programming in advance of these events builds a sense of community and empowers individuals to individualize their ceremonies and make sacred moments more special.
Our clergy is deeply involved in lifecycle moments – from teaching classes, to officiating inside and outside the synagogue, to visiting individuals in hospitals and homes, and more. While synagogue and clergy involvement in some lifecycle events is limited to members, we are eager to welcome and guide nonmembers of the congregation as well. We offer facility rentals to nonmembers and our baby-namings and programs are open to all. Contact the synagogue for more information. We look forward to welcoming you.
facility rental
During this pandemic, we understand many family lifecycle events have been changed. Our facility is currently closed for rentals, but we look forward to welcoming families and loved ones again soon to celebrate life's moments together!
For questions related to our event rentals, please contact our Events Manager Patricia Simitakos at 301-816-5573 or patricia@bnaiisraelcong.org.
